Join me and a community of like-hearted women to honour the ancient tradition of “Women’s Christmas” or “Nollaig na MBan,” and to Vision your Life ahead.
This half day’s workshop will allow us to come together in ceremony, as women. As luck would have it, our circle will fall on the date of the ancient ritual of Nollaig na mBan, wherein the women folk would have been finally permitted to revel and rest, and to enjoy their own special day, having minded their family and friends in the days and week of Christmas up until now. Honouring this ancient tradition of taking time for ourselves, our day will be no different! Taking this much needed time out to digest fully what has passed, and to dream in all that is to come, is a healthy and conscious way of stepping into the new calendar year. Using a mix of shamanic, psychological and coaching techniques, I will support you in in creating a Vision Board for your year ahead, and in releasing, energetically, all that no longer serves you.
