For some, Summer is their favourite season. For others, not so much! Regardless, you are welcome.
Summer is synonymous with the element of fire, with passion, love, light. Many enjoy being outside, at festivals, parties, in community. However, for others, this can be a draining, somewhat pressured season, where they feel the pressure to be too much on view.
I love to honour the changing of the season, 4 times a year, with a half-day workshop, where we can come together to gift ourselves time and community. Living in tune with the seasons allows us to consciously move into all that each Season represents, and by being aligned with Nature we give ourselves every opportunity for perfect health.
There is no experience necessary, but you can expect a mix of Shamanic, Psychological and Coaching rituals and exercises, and a warm welcome awaits you.
